Just a quick post to say that I have put myself forward to become a micro:bit Champion! The Micro:bit Education Foundation are based in the UK. With the hosting happening at 11am local time, attending the 2024 global online meetup at midnight with Toto, my cat keeping me company was worth it to see and hear from other educators and the like.
I have put myself forward to continue in this role in 2025 where I have another Champion to keep me company here in Aotearoa!
It's a great feeling to be in the presence of likeminded people across the world who all have the same aim in mind. Here's to another year of sharing the knowledge that I have already gained and learning new ideas to take back to the ākonga of Aotearoa.
